1. Treatment of Afghan refugees:

-Treatment of wars victims and many diseases especially TB. Spine.

2. Peace fellowship in pediatric orthopedic:

- Nashville Tennessee, U.S.A for more than 5 months, 1989.

3. Gulf War injuries:

Victims of the gulf war were managed and treated in our hospital. I participated in their management.

4. Tutorial Experience:

- Tutorial classes and clinical teaching for medical students and post-graduate students of the College of Medicine and Medical Sciences at Al-Azhar University and North West Armed Forces Hospitals, Tabuk, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Special Awards:

1-USA peace follows ship for 6 months 

2-special recognition ((outstanding clinician award)) for 1995 by medical syndicate

3- elected as treasurer to the annual meeting of the Egyptian orthopedic association,which held in CICC Cairo Egypt 1995

4- Invited to deliver speech to Egyptian TV and broadcasting

5- Won a prize of one of the best three papers delivered in the annual international congress of the Egyptian Orthopedic Association combined
with the Pan Arab Orthopedic Association 17/20Novber 1997.
The paper in the title (Treatment of congenital vertical talus byone stage operation using Cincinnati incision).
